Meet Albert Baltazar, he is the eldest son of Martin Baltazar and has been running the farm for years. He has been in the Ventura Farmers Markets for over 25 years, and everyone knows Albert and his family. He picks everything himself to bring to each market and everything he sells is fresh and leafy. The family business started as ABC Farm in Santa Paula in the 1980’s, they expanded, sold the farm and moved to about thirty-one acres in Fillmore. Baltazar Farms specializes in different varieties of herbs such as: oregano, basil, dill, thyme, rosemary, cilantro, watercress, and mint.
